It hasn't even been 24 hours yet, so I wouldn't get too upset. If they had to turn in paperwork to FINRA re proof of buyback or share structure, or if FINRA is investigating short selling, a determination is not going to be immediate. It may not be in the company's (and our) best interest to make public statements yet. Or they may not even be legally allowed to issue a pr yet.
