So we have had 3 parcels signed sealed and delivered....number 4 is still somewhere in process.... Unless there is a significant jump in the $$$ per parcel I am not feeling all the optimistic about their stated EOY goals. It reminds me a little of the claims of $0.01 by May and that time period in general. It seems that we had turned a corner and had begun to under promise and to PR what HAS happened instead of what we HOPE to happen. Obviously there are forward looking statements but it just seems like a lofty goal and we haven't had great history of hitting goals in general ....especially lofty ones. Help me out here....
