Correct... The problem is that the only examples (very few) are mostly bad and that's all anyone has to go on. I believe there is one or 2 examples I saw where naked shorting was the cause of the halt so imo there is still plenty of hope here. Just because the Company has not released info yet doesn't matter (it does concern me) but if there are certain protocols for this type of issue then maybe they are required to wait until FINRA has done an investigation.
