Here is the biggest issue I have right now and I hope someone can/will answer the question. If a U3 halt is considered "always bad" and nothing good ever comes of it (according to you know who and all the cronies), then what halt code would be placed on a US based OTC stock if FINRA or the company wanted to halt it for a "good" reason? What would the halt code be if not U3? I have pm'd every basher on the ihub board this question and NOBODY has been able to give me an answer. Is it not true that maybe the OTC is limited and the only options for halts are U1 U2 and U3?
