But replace him with who? That's the problem. And figure this much. Gerald is paid on the lower end of the bio CEO scale. Others in his position are paid 2-5X what he is currently getting paid. The BOD are in Gerald's corner and they will not remove him unless he royally screws up. He hasn't done that yet. Sure, he has a problem of over promising, but a board isn't going to remove him for that. He has moved the company forward at the expense of Share holder value. The board is ok with that so far.
