I'm willing to bet shares borrowed merely days or a couple weeks ago with a larger O/S are now trying to settle which leads to your point of failure to deliver, now that the float is being reduced every day since. There has to be a connection there with the FINRA halt. It all adds up. In the midst of all this naked shorting, janice shell arrives on the scene and the stock is halted. There has to be a connection. FINRA must have recognized a settlement issue with MMs. I share your sentiment that REAL CRGP shareholders will prevail in the end. IMO
