I don't understand why someone on the short side of the ledger can do this without consequence. If one of us longs was able to generate over a 100% profit from a pump piece with that many lies & misrepresentations, we'd be arrested. But those on the short and distort side of the equation seem to be getting away with this sort of crap on a regular basis...
Also, the only example I have seen of Seeking Alpha taking down a deliberately false article was a pump piece. If anyone knows of a case where SA has taken down one of these hit pieces, please provide a link. Seriously, if they have ever taken down one of these anonymous hit pieces, I would like to see evidence that it happened.
