I think this has to be a naked shorting problem. If the company is scamming, as some would have us believe, it makes no sense to dilute this much at such a low PPS. If they were going to dilute, it would make so much more sense to let the stock run up to 10-20 cents and then do it. Every time the stock has gotten any momentum, market makers have been slamming the brakes on. Something is up, and I don't think the company or flippers are to blame. Not at this volume.
