THE ONLY WAY THERE WOULD BE AN EXTRAORDINARY EVENT HALT IS IF IT WERE EXTREMELY POSITIVE NEWS--> FINRA DOESN'T CARE IF AN OTC STOCK WERE TO RETRACE 50 % BIG DEAL> BUT IF A STOCK IS ABOUT TO GO UP 10 000 % AND BURN SHORTS THAT'S ANOTHER STORY. Considering the only other time recently that there has been an, "extraordinary event halt" caused RIVT to go from 0.008 to 60 cents I'd say we are in for one hell of a ride boys.
