it's possible (tho' i would have expected a *clean* start say on 9.1.15)
that Gilardi is selling X amount of shares daily now ..
entities have always done *trades* immediately at open .. it's possible
that if this is Gilardi now selling X amount of shares daily .. it too will be done
at open ..
note today's *overlap* to yesterday .. re: the 10ks and 12500
