The recorded entry on T-550-15 shown as “ ****** CANCELLED ****** Copy of Notice of Appeal (Appeal Court File No. A-359-15 ) appealing Judgment of Justice Leblanc dated July 17, 2015 filed in the Court of Appeal on 14-AUG-2015 on behalf of Appellant placed on file on 20-AUG-2015” is to be read as an erroneous recorded entry having been made and subsequentlycancelled. In other words, the docket entry is cancelled. The recorded entry concerning the copy of the notice of appeal being placed on file was then correctly created on the intended file T-550-13.
Any confusion caused is regretted.
