I believe that is everyone's concern right now, AMBS has very little confidence from shareholders and the market as a whole.
With only 300k on the books, the company increasing the share count by almost triple and with its past track record of dilution with no non dilutive financing its hard to garner support.
I have a hard time accepting the NASDAQ will allow us to uplist with our current track record, unless big news and guaranteed financing, via grants or partnership is right around the corner.
Its time for GC to step up and deliver, no more games, no more carrots and no more hyperbole.
