with *many* factors outside of mgmt's control ..

dangling carrots .. it's rather clear since *overlap* of colluding entities
*by* Sept 2012 .. but most especially since RH and JB wrested back
control of P2O in mid August 2013 .. that said entities have no interest
in anything *company* related .. rather just stock *compression* in total

which is why my belief has been mgmt's intent to present a fait accompli

whether they can or not .. only time will tell

sorry to disappoint multi aliased trolls .. but i and many others are willing to take that *risk*
