Nice video. I often think about how the world is such an F'd up place. Then I remember our history. Here's a small sample:
Dark Ages
The Inquisition
Columbus (and the new world's first genocide)
WW1
Slavery
Holocaust and WW2
Vlad the Impaler (although a hero to some)
The world has always been an F'd up place. A great book for the US's contribution to that point is "The Peoples History of the United States" by Howard Zinn. It's a US history book written through the loser's eyes.
Well...that was depressing,
