That debt to Mr. Heddle might be piling up and while I'm sure the bulk of the money Mr. Heddle loans to PTOI these days is immediately used to pay Mr. Heddle's salary and other compensation, I'm fairy certain Mr. Heddle won't ever see those loans repaid in addition to that compensation.
I do think those investors who keep believing in PTOI, this time because Mr. Heddle is loaning money to PTOI, are once again way out in left field. There will always be a new reason for investors to keep believing but those reasons will seldom be valid. RockTenn, Crayola, Mr. Rauber, Mr. Sousa, XTR Energy, etc..., etc..., all were believed to stand behind and 'validate' PTOI at various points in the past. Once investors start to realize that Mr. Heddle's loans aren't validating PTOI anymore, there will likely be a brand new development on which investors feel they can once again hang their hats.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
