Is that part of the agreement? Whatever JN tells you on a private call you are free to post it public bulletin boards. If so, he wouldn't make much money that way.
BP could have landed a lot of things for pocket change early on. Woulda, coulda, shoulda... They also own stuff that they get rid of that also takes off. Go figure.
JN kind of left out the tax credit unless he feels that is worthless too? May have lost sight of how little they paid when all is said and down.
The bottomline is JN has about as much inside knowledge into the company as anyone else. He did not see the ESS, MSPrecise or Georgetown Biomarkers coming. What else doesn't he know.
