Yep and we wouldn't have the problems we do if the rules were being followed.

CNS, ex clearing, dark pools and more. They report the daily numbers fairly honestly to avoid paying huge fines like UBSS and Credit Suisse did but give them a few days and the short has been hidden and they do not turn themselves in either. lol
