Gerald tweeted back on the eve of original SH meeting that to set expectations a yes vote would start listing process. So we already know come Sept 9th we are at the last day of meeting requirements in regards to share price being above 4$ for 30/60 days. I am guessing if quorum is met Sept 4th that listing process begins and 5 days is not enough time. In my mind up list is out the window for near term. Up list coinciding with ipo is definitely out window at this point considering share price. Thoughts?
