I actually got a call back from Mark Mazor. When asked about the mini he said fail. When I further asked if it was under review, he said yes, "No final determination has been made". At first I was convinced it was fake, now I just think bashers were posting selective information from an actual source. The fact that Mazor had to be directly asked about the review, makes me think he is an FAA official who made sure to cover his ass when asked a direct question.

I withhold final judgement on his status, as I don't want to have to extract my foot from my mouth twice in one day.
