I will agree with what you say are some of the side effects of weed, but disagree that it does not impair people's judgement. Being a Medic I know classes of drugs and the effects they have on the body. Marijuana is a schedule 1 narcotic. It decreases motor skills and short term memory loss. Not saying their isn't a need for it or that I disagree with people that use it, just that it does impair people's judgement. I will say that if people use a drug on a regular basis they can adapt a Torrance to some of the effects and adapt to there surroundings. I assume you smoke it since you are defensive about it, so think back to the first time you smoked it..... Do you honestly think you would drive a vehicle 100% that first time of use without any impairment 10 mins. After use? If you are honest I would say you wouldn't be 100%.
