I'm certain that option is already available to current shareholders as well as everyone else. If anyone wants to loan money to PTOI, they should just contact the company--I doubt PTOI will turn anyone down.
Two years ago, Mr. Heddle was looking for additional people to join him in loaning PTOI money at 12% interest with the loan secured by all the assets of PTOI. With an additional two years of non-performance, my guess is that an investor loaning money to PTOI could name his own interest rate and Mr. Heddle would scootch over and allow part of PTOI's assets to be used as collateral as well.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
