The reason CRPG raised the OS...
If I remember correctly, from another stock I own similar to this one, you need 500K to one million dollars in stock liquidity in order to list on the OTCQB.
I think it's 500K dollars in stock as a security deposit, which may never be used.
That may be why the OS was raised.
Boy, when the news comes out that CRGP has autided financials and is about to uplist, OMFG!!!
