Jeff Foley and Peter both were very direct and specifically looked into the shareholders eyes that NanoTech Gaming Labs audits WILL BE COMPLETED MID SEPTEMBER, then they will file with the SEC the disbursement of shares immediately, so I believe it may take around 30 days after the filing to receive the shares.
