I agree with you BigSur25. TECO was used as a shell company. Again I'm not 100% sure but I believe this might eliminate the complexity of the filings. Trimerica Energy Corp might only require summarized financials and an opinion letter. Maybe the BOD is following through with all unfiled financials regardless for the sake of full disclosure and credibility. Maybe you or others no better than I about this subject.
