Of course, if $4.5M wasn't enough for Heddle to repair the processors and execute his plan, the amount of money he needs to do those things might far exceed what he's capable of raising.
In which case, best not to donate more money to a dead shell.
Maybe it's a good idea for potential investors to ask Heddle to write down exactly how much money he needs, and what exactly he'll do with the money.
If he's just going to withdraw whatever he gets through SG&A, and still not bother to fix the processors or execute the plan, then what's the point?
