The filing is showing the amount of shares they would get if not paid back in cash. If cash is used, BCAP gets no shares and the shares get retired and go back to the treasury. All I am going to say is I doubt Matt is getting too many shares or any more shares from $WOGI and Nathan. Oil is flowing. Company is being paid for their EOR product. Paying Matt off his small potatoes.
Like you, I dont want Matt to have any more stock either. We both can agree on that. would rather see the float drop by 30M plus shares which I believe it will.
