Despite what some may think, nobody knows for sure what liability if any the Preferred C Shares represent. They came about after a resolution by the old PVEC BOD - who knows, there might be a resolution by the new BOD. People just need to wait for official confirmation from the new company before believing what anybody writes on the internet about that matter.
