Why does the meaning of this sentence elude some folks?
Heddle says that he has no money, and hence can't execute the plan. That means no processor sales, since selling processors is *the* plan.
Heddle says it's been this way for the past two years, and will remain this way going forward.
No delayed fireworks. Just more of the same.
