It was mentioned on this board that DUTV and Virtutone had some business connections at some point late last year.
I find it interesting that after this bankruptcy DUTV filed its last Financial report (2014 Q2) late showing that millions in accounts receivables and accounts payables wiped off the books that had been showing previously.
DUTV has also failed to file its Q3 report which would reflect all financial activities in December of 2014 and January-February of 2015. If DUTV had any activities related to Virtutone in this period, it would have to be reflected in some way. And finally, an audit would force DUTV to disclose the activities that were behind the removal of the millions in accounts payable and accounts receivable from the Q2 2014.
Rest assured, there is a profound reason why McHenry has not posted the outstanding Q3 and soon to be outstanding Annual.
I just can't wait to find out what that reason is. if we don't get an audit we may never find out IMHO.
