Yes - I remember it well - there was a very clear definition of "Eligible" shareholders - I just re-read it - and those "causing harm to the company, its shareholders or share price" were excluded and rightfully so.
Various people had been identified as damaging the company in preparation for legal action against them. There is a letter on the internet from the former CEO to the iHub CEO about the action he intended to take.
