Money is in the big chain franchises. More stores + more traffic = more sales

Whoever told you money is in the small mom and pop shops is the same person you should stop listening to because they're giving you terrible advice.

If a franchise convenient store carries it then that puts it in every regional store at the least and possibly every national store. With one deal you could be in 100 plus stores that have huge volumes of traffic. Easily a million customers a day walk past RMH vs a few dozen in small shops. You'd have to do a thousand deals to equal one deal with an alsups or wawa. You do the math from here.
