MM's are allowed to naked short to facilitate trading but that is supposed to be a temporary situation that they resolve quickly and there is the rub. They do not.
I think all volume of CTIX is short sales these days with the difference between what is reported to FINRA at the end of the day and the total volume being wash sales used to simulate sales, lower the short percentage and walk down the price. Shorts are in trouble here and they know it. Go CTIX!!!
