Cert redemption is what it is. Not the reason for PPS drop. Got some that have gotten out, debt conversion maybe, MM games,etc. just new buyers. Lucky that we have had some that have caught this and helped keep it from going to trips. IMO we will see it soon unless CC is amazing and not fluff. Need awareness and revs and contract deal info etc. if certs actually happen it will be icing on the cake. I think the only thing the certs are providing is hesitation in buying into a company that is putting $4million of cert debt in the books at start up.
