Additionally, having been nailed twice for fraud, by two different regulatory agencies and two different countries, isn't exactly a magnet for attracting new money.
Unless and until Heddle announces successful and sufficient financing, this company is sitting idle and heading to the triple zips, if not taken into bankruptcy first. That is the only "zero doubts" statement one can make.
