that is the way i understood it also. the boys on ihub pretend to be so smart when actually they have no idea what they are talking about. peter also took care of shareholders when in the contract it says if you have shown to try to hurt the company you will not be eligible for cert redemption. i appreciate the fact dsus is trying to take care of shareholders tho.
