Yes. It's fairly obvious that Mr. Heddle doesn't believe the processors are worth running. Mr. Heddle must have believed a few years ago since he put in his own money but he certainly changed his tune.
It will be interesting to know how Mr. Heddle will keep investors' appetites whetted with the next carrot coming in about two months. Maybe the suspense of the pilot run has built enough. When Mr. Heddle finally runs plastic through the machine, he can talk up the results and announce the next step...that EcoNav must then secure financing. Investors may again cheer at the 'light-speed progress'.
At some point, EcoNav will lose its luster and Mr. Heddle will need to put together the props for a new exciting story.
