They certainly weren't purchasing yesterday! LOL... And who is "we"? And is it legal for a CEO to "instruct" someone to purchase shares? Something sounds fishy! BTW, notice the PAST TENSE, "we have purchased" , are they trying to use their past purchases to trick investors into thinking that they are going to do a buy back? Feels and smells desperate to me, IMO!
