Agggh, you could absolutely be right on that.
That's one of those things that you can interpret in at least two ways and probably a lot more if we wasted brain cells on it.
It will be interesting to see what happens to OCAT tomorrow. Sometimes there is a delayed reaction. I hate to say it but THAT stock really does seem to have some problems with management.
