I am asking if the dfi/dfmi merger is on record with any state as a merger? Not sure how that reflects on the case. A simple yes, or no would answer the question. And being that I could not find it with the state please tell me which state it was in. Also if it is yes, how did tmmi purchase dfi a year ago?
