I can vouch for all the moderators on the CTIX board. I know them all via email and telephone contact. Not a single one is also admin or an employee.
Obviously I have no idea about other boards, nor do I care. Conspiracy theories without proof are just that. I have had back and forth with all the admin over the years on moderating issues, they seem to me like a sincere bunch. I've never had issue with them.
