Authorized vs what has actually been sold are two different things. Also, we are approaching the total authorized. It would be nice to not have to authorize additional shares. I'm not overly worried if we do but it's a possibility.
The more money blta can make per PP share, the less shares they need to sell. That is the ONLY reason I worry about the pre certification short term PPS.
7B outstanding shares or 10B outstanding shares won't make or brake this company; but I'd still like it to be closer to 7B.
I don't like the idea of short seller bashers trying to rob me of 30% so they can make an extra 50 bucks and a box of tarts; but that is the OTC.
