True we dont know- all we know is they've said they have no present plans to issue shares except as noted
Mr Haderer as Pres of Pubco services and stock market analyst or whatever has a lot of experience w the market and how these things work
and although he's been a WOLV adviser since 2006 I'm not sure how much he knows about penny trader psychology -e.g., re raising A/S- as noted raising such sometimes helps re jv's etc but as I said at this stage 1-1.5B A/S should be plenty sufficient from what WE know-
you've already noted they can usually raise it later as needed fairly rapidly to deal w contingencies /acquisitions which arise- thats OUR point of view
the point of view of a major Enigma investor -not being familiar w how penny stocks and these things work- may be different-such real life investor if he exists and if thats why they are attempting to raise A/S to 5B may feel its important to raise A/S to 5B to be comforted the co has the flexibility to respond to opportunities as needed-that may be WHAT they arent telling us
most major investors seem to be sharks-and Mr Chalk has had shark offers before as Doubloon noted- but even the non-sharks have their quirks re reassurances- and that may be one such quirk
