When TOS violations are reported on iHub, they are not automatically removed. They are flagged and if an admin agrees, they remove them.
If a moderator removes them on their own, you have recourse by challenging it. If the post is found to be compliant, it is restored.
I agree that basher posts seem to remain live longer if they are reported and be restored faster than bullish posts. There is definitely bias, and FFF is quick to delete whenever he sees an opening. We need the bullish mods over there to be just as vigilant.
The trick is to not fall for basher bait. DO NOT attack bashers directly or you will get banned like LT. That is what they want. The trick is to sanitize your post and carefully ride the lines of the TOS. It's tricky, but once mastered you can expose the bashers for the liars that they are while remaining compliant.
