To our shareholders; our previous SEC auditor left us in a bind and closed shop. We have been searching for weeks for a replacement SEC auditor with considerable industry strength and reputation so this situation won't repeat. We are happy to inform you that we were successful in our search and found and signed up with a major firm. This imposed predicament has caused many delays including the audited financials we needed for the S1 on FutureLand. We should be back on track shortly. Thank you.
