Unfortunately, we don't have a complete picture because we are still several months from our first set of fins. Of course, we are assuming that they will be providing complete docs that are GAAP compliant. We need to know cashflow particulars, balance sheets and a detail of the equity positions we hold in our partners. Without that, it is very hard to predict what this company is worth or can achieve. As to DSUS dilution, there was no mention of that in the facebook post, only DS Hawaii dilution. I believe they are still a private company. So, we have no way of knowing what the equity stake is and what reduction of that equity stake will mean for us DSUS share holders.

It is this type of uncertainty that is holding us back from greater pps appreciation. Once we know the facts, we can than rise (or fall) to our proper valuation.
