When is the OSTK case scheduled to come up?
I'd like to have confidence in the courts, but I've seen too many times when the company that was in the right got shafted. RMBS with patent issues comes immediately to mind. Heck, AAPL could prove that MSFT had lifted whole pages at a time of their code -- and yet the judge ruled against them, despite expert witnesses saying it was absolutely impossible for 2 people to have come up with the exact code independently.
