Hopefully this will be covered in the CC on Friday. Without a clear picture of the ownership stake we have in our "affiliates" is it very hard to understand what this private offering does to the pps. Secondly, it is curious that they would want to do an offering in a subsidiary for programs/projects that will benefit the parent company. It seems to me that if DS Hawaii funds the projects, then, I would expect the equity/reward of said programs would go to DS Hawaii.
