How very odd. Using Google, however ineptly, will not turn up anything suggesting that I'm a "criminal". Nor that I've ever been charged, civilly or criminally, with stock manipulation or shorting. Shorting, by the way, is not a crime or a tort.
So I'm afraid they HAVE defamed me.
