If just 2 of any one of these 5 things happens by the SH meeting I will buy an additional 500K shares next week and my confidence in my NTEK investment will have increased 10 fold.
(1) Peter is removed as CEO. He has caused irrefutable damage to investor confidence and is just plain and simple a horrible CEO and poor communicator. It began with the CC (went back on his promise not to increase the A/S ), did not come thru with the promised 100 titles, and many other broken promises.
(2) Verifiable progress on audited financials (not just we believe and if) means hiring of a CEO and clear message of what remains to get it done for the final audit and uplisting.
(3) Beginning of A list uploaded not the unknown crap we have seen lately
(4) Surprise announcement concerning NTEK is licensing their 4K streaming to others. (will buy another 2M if this is mentioned!!
(5) If NTEK mentions they have been approached by buyout suitors (doubtful this will be brought up)
C'mon lets bring it on NTEK !!
