Nope, I remember that post. The only reason it was deleted was because the original post was deleted. That is just an algorithm. Replies to deleted posts are generally deleted.
If that was not a 'reply', but a 'post new message' it wouldn't be deleted.
The restrictions were automatic after a certain number of deletions because the board was under admin warning. Not because of the content of that post was bad.
That's part of why I usually use "post new msg" instead of "reply"
